Course Registration
With the exception of the thesis, all courses in the Institute’s degree programs are elective. The following are foundational courses recommended for all students：

- Our school adopts online course selection, please follow the course selection schedule announced by the Academic Affairs Office.

- After completing the course selection, please go to the course selection inquiry system: http://sinfo.ais.tku.edu.tw/emis to confirm the latest course selection information immediately.

Notes on the selection of courses for master’s class
- You must study at least 1 course (including 0 credits of thesis) per semester, with a maximum of 12 credits per semester.
- In addition to the master’s in-service special course of the Institute, you can also choose to take the doctoral course, master’s course and foreign department (including master’s course, doctoral course and master’s in-service special course) of the Institute, with a total of up to 6 credits recognized as graduation credits. Among them, elective courses in foreign departments or courses with different academic systems are limited to one course per semester.
- If you want to take the same academic course, please complete the course selection during the online course selection period; if you want to take different academic courses, please apply for “addual visa, cross-school system or super course online system” according to the announcement of the Academic Affairs Office. The fee is still handled according to the standard fee of the original registered school system.
- Courses with the same opening serial number and the same subject number will only be counted once for graduation credits. Please be sure to pay attention to the course serial number and subject number on the transcript to avoid repeated course selection.
- Students can take courses in the same semester and apply for pre-homework (such as tutoring professor’s preparation and oral examination of the thesis plan); they can also take courses in the same semester and apply for the oral examination of the graduation thesis, but it is limited to one course. After completing the preliminary homework, you can apply for the oral examination of the thesis in the next semester.
- Please refer to the application regulations for the oral examination of the thesis of the in-service special class of the master’s class of our school.
